Oriental Energy Company Limited is a large scale liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) operator integrating purchasing, storage and transportation, wholesales and End-user sales. The company was established in 1996 and was public listed on Chinese Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market in March, 2008(Share code is 002221).
The company has been devoting to the management of imported LPG for over a decade since foundation and it’s the largest supplier of imported LPG in east China. The company owns a lot of loyal clients and favorable distribution channel. It maintains good relationship with the world-famous suppliers and established strategic cooperation partnership with several banks. It has more than ten subsidiaries, including Nanjing Oriental Energy Fuel Gas Co., Ltd., Taicang Oriental Energy Fuel Gas Co., Ltd., Nanjing Oriental Auto Energy Co., Ltd., etc., and engaged in international trading, domestic wholesales and end-user sales of imported LPG.
Currently, the company has obtained three storage and transportation bases at Zhangjiagang, Taicang and Ningbo with a total capacity of 700,000 cubic meters, ranking top for storage capacity in China, and its annual operating capacity may reach 3,000,000 metric tons. In the meanwhile, its liquid chemical storage base located at Zhangjiagang owns a capacity of 200,000 cubic meters and the annual operating capacity may reach 1,000,000 metric tons. As the whole set of advanced production technology equipment and OMS safety production management system was introduced from Europe and United States, and the international standard ISO14000 system certification has been adopted, the level of production and technology equipment of the company leap into the front ranks of the world. The company pay great attention to safety production management and has been keeping the zero record of accident since its establishment.
Main business of the company is the processing and sales of high purity LPG. The company purchases propane and butane associated with oilfield from mid-east countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, etc. The products are transported by special refrigerated LPG vessels to the company’s special LPG wharfs and to be stored in refrigerated tanks respectively and be processed into LPG with different ratio. The company supplies LPG to vast consumers in the goal of “Reliable, Safe, Efficient and Convenient”. The product of the company are widely utilized in the filed of industry, commercial, civil, automobile, etc.
